What You Can Expect

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

You will learn about the dynamic world of compression services, diving first into Parts Excellence by managing complex sets of data and our stakeholder network to drive operational improvement initiatives. Experience both our Compression manufacturing and operational core, in Duisburg and other facilities abroad, and the exciting proximity to our customers in our service regions. You will be part of a new generation that delivers service excellence for years to come!

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze data with our AI team and provide insights to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Participate in regional and global projects, gaining exposure to different markets and business challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Description of Ideal Candidate

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in AI and data analytics software
  • Interest in the Customer Service domain, paired with excellent networking, and relationship-building skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
  • A master's degree or equivalent in any Engineering field including Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
  • Excellent communication skills in English to work in a multi-cultural environment; flexibility, and mobility during the program; German skills are a plus
