Job Description

The Management Trainee program at Sika Corporation is a 12-month rotational program for high potential candidates holding a bachelors’ degree or higher education degree, with little to no industry knowledge. The training program allows you to experience various roles in sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to help build a foundation for a career at Sika Corporation. During the rotational program, trainees have a mentor, giving you the support you need to grow and gain knowledge in various parts of the business. Learning occurs primarily through on-the-job projects, allowing you to develop the skills set needed to accelerate you into future leadership positions.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects.
