In short, Skello is a workforce management solution for shift based workplaces that enables teams to tackle the hassle of complex scheduling. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization by helping them to make the best decisions in managing their staff costs. For employees, our tool facilitates easy and open communication and simplifies daily life.
Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

At Skello, we're convinced that great teams make great successes. It's this vision that drives us to develop our SaaS in Human Resources management, a solution dedicated to point of sales. It's also this vision that has enabled us to create a committed, high-performance team of 210 employees in Paris and 40 in Barcelona.To achieve this, one thing is sure: we need an outstanding Human Ressources team, and we need a great intern to support it!This could be you, as we're currently recruiting our future Human Resources intern.If you join us, you'll be working with Agathe, HR Partner in Barcelona. You'll have responsibilities, a highly visible impact on our employees and lots of learning opportunities.
Missions
Overall, the mission of the Human Resources intern is structured around 3 main areas:
- Administrative and legal management - Preparing the entry and exit of new employees - Participate in payroll and luncheon voucher management. - Workspace and office management
- Contribute to the development of our culture and well-being at work - Thinking about and implementing well-being actions in the office - Contribute to the organization of events - Carry out projects to raise awareness of our culture
- Help organize the onboarding of our new hires - Prepare schedules and equipment for new hires - Make sure they are properly trained and integrated - Optimize the content of this training program
In addition to these recurring tasks, you'll be working on various projects to optimize Human Resources management and make Skello a company where employees are fulfilled and ready to succeed in their mission.

Profile
- You're a student in the final year of a Law or Human Resources
- You're keen to learn and not afraid to try new things
- You like talking to new people, but know how to listen to others before you speak
- You listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better.
- You're organized, rigorous and detail-oriented.
- You speak English and Spanish perfectly
