Your to do list:
- Understanding industry scenario, agency dynamics and culture
- Developing a strategic mindset.
- Acquiring knowledge of key proprietary and industry tools.
- Identifiy culture trends and consumer mindset for a number of market categories (FMCG, beauty, banking, etc) by conducting desk research or database queries.
- Frame consumer insights and consumer journeys by elaborating several data point such as socio-demo/ attitudinal / behavioral profile.
- Inspire the Media and Communication Plan architecture on the wider set of channels, including branded content, digital, commerce. Also in partnership with creative agencies.
- Create executive summaries and reports starting from Client brief, Market research, Media Analysis

Candidates should be from:
Description of Ideal Candidate
If you have:
- Previous experience in media, research, and marketing field is a plus.
- Passion for social media is welcome.
- Knowledge of the Office Suite (mainly Excel and PPT)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic kwoledge on Marketing & Advertising
- Knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology is a plus
