We are offering a unique opportunity to join Coloplast Corporate Procurement department on a 15-20 hours/week basis. You will receive training and develop versatile and useful skills related to procurement, analysis, and project management, which will serve you in your future career.

The Job

As part of the global Procurement organization, you will support the Indirect Procurement team with various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance. You will have the opportunity to be part of the commercial procurement activities, but also actively working to improve our processes and systems. Your tasks will vary from administrative duties to support projects within the Procurement organization and cross-functionally across the company. 

You will collaborate closely with procurement colleagues, internal stakeholders, and in some cases suppliers. You will become an integrated part of our increasing focus on category management and procurement processes, contributing to strategic decisions that drive our commercial success.

Your qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in Finance, Procurement, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field and have 1-2 years left of your studies. We are looking for individuals eager to learn and capable of managing their own time and deliverables. A team player who can work independently and has the desire to make a real difference. 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a requirement. Previous work experience in a related field is an advantage. You have an eye for detail, are structured, and possess a can-do attitude that, together with your ability to communicate effectively, enables you to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines. You enjoy working in an intercultural environment, value different perspectives, and excel at building interpersonal relations.
