MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
ELSA Law Schools consist of approximately 20 hours of lectures, workshops and similar, in the theme of the main topic of the respective event.
ELSA Law Schools last from min. 7 to 14 days.
ELSA Law Schools are open to everyone, irrespective of inter alia their ELSA membership and/or status of law student/lawyer.
ELSA Law Schools cover a wide variety of legal topics. Select an ELSA Law School according to your interests.
INTERNATIONAL ASPECT
Each ELSA Law School aims for the internationally comprised group of participants and speakers.
The whole programme of each ELSA Law School is held in English.
ELSA Law Schools are being organised in different cities all over Europe.
The academic programme is provided by leading experts in their respective field. The biggest advantage of an ELSA Law School is the combination of a theoretical view provided by professors and practical view provided by practitioners.

UNIQUE SERVICES
ELSA members are paying special participation fees which may not be higher than € 350 for the first seven days of the ELSA Law School. This does not cover extra fees for optional activities as the Gala Ball.
Looking for accommodation? Searching for food in your lunch breaks? Arranging your own social programme after sessions? Never! During the ELSA Law Schools everything is covered by your participation fee. Just book your flights!
During an ELSA Law School you will meet people from different cultures and you will get to know other countries. An ELSA Law School could be one of the best experiences of your life!
ELSA Law Schools are aimed at training your skills. Therefore the programme usually includes mock trials, case studies, practical workshops, institutional visits and more.
How much is the participation fee for ELSA Law School?
The amount of the fee depends on your ELSA membership. ELSA members pay a special fee according to the country where they are enrolled as an ELSA member. The participation fee for non - ELSA members is not regulated by ELSA International and is set by the Organising Committees of each ELSA Law School.
What is included in the participation fee?
The participation fee includes the following:
- the academic programme,
- the social programme,
- the cultural programme (e.g. sightseeing),
- accommodation during the official programme of an ELSA Law School,
- breakfast for every day (excluding the day of arrival),
- lunch for every day (excluding either the day of arrival or the day of departure),
- dinner for every day (excluding the day of departure),
- transportation during the official programme of an ELSA Law School
- administrative costs.
