Responsibility

Product & Project Management

  • Support our sales in technical product or certification inquiry’s
  • Test and “unbox” products at pre-sales phase as required and create report for product manager for further usage
  • Journalist reviews gathering, reviewing, and analyzing and creating reports for the product managers to take relevant follow up actions
  • Market Research for new product opportunities and product benchmarks

Websites & Partnernet

  • Upload and maintain up to date product information (pictures, leaflets, user manuals, certifications, software etc.) on in- and external websites/on-line portals for Sales and Customers
  • Collaborate with Head Quarter in Asia (e.g., Checking and request missing items like documentations, certifications, pictures, presentations, technical specifications)

Product Marketing / Event Management

  • Test and prepare new products to be shown at events / trade shows
  • Interact with Marketing & Communications colleagues, participating in product launch process and work with external PR agencies

Sustainability

  • Collaborate with product, marketing and CSR & Sustainability manager on projects related Product Carbon Footprint, E-Waste, and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals)
  • Investigate opportunities in sustainable and green designs for our products and collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve and implement these new designs
  • Continuous improvement on the product marketing messages, stories and case studies with different stakeholders

Description of Ideal Candidate

Education And Related Experience

  • Being fulltime enrolled in a higher education institute, studying Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related study at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level
  • Eligibility to work as an intern without a work permit
  • Preferably already living/studying in The Netherlands
  • Availability for 5 months, start ASAP
  • Good communicator and team worker
  • A student who speaks Chinese would be a big plus
  • An eager and pro-active attitude
  • Affinity with innovation and technology
  • Ability to organize own work and a good motivation to complete tasks

What Do We Offer You

  • Fulltime, broad and hands-on internship position of 5-6 months (preferably in the period early September 2024 to January 31st 2025) with office in European HQ Amsterdam (next to Amstel station)
  • Monthly internship allowance of 650 – 750 euro
  • Travel allowance
