Details
Our Freight Department is responsible for all processes around the transport of our customers freight units from sales, marketing e.g., booking, check-in and projects. The start date is as soon as possible and ideally you would stay with us for 6 months, with an option to extend.
Your tasks:
- Be part of the freight team in Travemünde and support in the area of Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Analyze processes and develop improvements
- Taking part in and responsibility for freight related projects especially in the area of digital development.
- Test new digital developments and support in creating case-definitions as well as handbooks and manuals for new developments
- Market Research and analysis
TT-Line the leading ferry company in the Southern Baltic Sea, using state of the art ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 900,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 700 people on board and in its offices in Travemünde, Trelleborg, Świnoujście / Szczecin, Rostock and Klaipeda.

Your qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel
- Your English skills are very good (written and spoken)
- You are interested in logistics and transportation processes
- You have a very good understanding of digital processes
- In best case you already gained some theoretical knowledge in transport & logistics and/ or digital services
- You are willing to travel
- You are proactive, able to work independently as well as in teams and have a talent for communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Driving license
