We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Team Lead for a team of Interns to join our growing organization. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, driven individual with leadership capabilities and a passion for guiding and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the work of a diverse team of interns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of interns, fostering collaboration and productivity.  
  • Assign and manage tasks based on interns' skills, development goals, and project requirements.  
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to interns, supporting their professional growth.  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for intern-related questions, concerns, and support.  
  • Organize regular check-ins and team meetings to track progress and address challenges.  
  • Work closely with HR and other departments to align intern projects with company objectives.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • AP, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide the team effectively.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project management software.  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
