Responsibilities

- Create tickets based on customers needs and assign these tickets to the designated Retention Managers global wide
- Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity)
- Analyze and document different sources/platforms that customers contact us on (via web shop/Inside Sales, etc.)
- Answer written inquiries through our email system
- Learn and apply retention, customer service and sales techniques
- Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Retention Managers

Requirements
- Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject
- The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Service orientation, commitment and team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Follow up on termination tickets and support the team with your team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- You are open-minded, highly motivated, passionate and fast- and hard-working
