Responsibilities

  • Create tickets based on customers needs and assign these tickets to the designated Retention Managers global wide 
  • Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity) 
  • Analyze and document different sources/platforms that customers contact us on (via web shop/Inside Sales, etc.) 
  • Answer written inquiries through our email system 
  • Learn and apply retention, customer service and sales techniques 
  • Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Retention Managers

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements 

  • Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject 
  • The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus  
  • Service orientation, commitment and team spirit 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Follow up on termination tickets and support the team with your team player mentality 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 
  • You are open-minded, highly motivated, passionate and fast- and hard-working
