Responsibilities
- Assist the Retention team in managing the customer renewal process to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with account managers to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and insights that inform retention strategies.
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal rates and customer satisfaction to stakeholders.
- Help develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage customers throughout the renewal process.
- Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance customer retention initiatives and promote long-term loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and renewal documentation.

Requirements
- Enrolled student at a university or college in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for customer retention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is a plus.
- Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
