About the Job

This includes working on your own projects, process improvements and engaging in a multinational and multicultural team.

As a member of the respective teams below:

  • Account Pricing: Within the EMEA Account Pricing Team you will be responsible for partnering with EMEA Sales team to define, establish and execute pricing, to win and maximize net revenue growth. You will be directly involved in executing pricing within TI systems to ensure an effective, efficient and flawless “quote to order to shipment” customer experience across their world-wide supply chain.
  • Customer Operations: The EMEA Customer Operations team is focused on eliminating barriers and support business growth by driving optimal demand coverage and proactive order management activities with customers and sales to achieve annual revenue plans & increase customer satisfaction.
  • Channel Management: The Global Channel Management team is focus on positioning TI’s finished goods assets in the strategic channels to support maximum revenue. The team operates on a global scale, making sure we position the right product, at the right place, at the right time.
  • Customer Planning Management: The Industrial Customer Planning Management (CPM) team enables superior customer support for our strategic industrial customers by rationalizing demand signals and aligning with supply capacity using data triangulation in order to optimize revenue and growth.
  • Procurement & Logistics, Accounts Payable: Within Worldwide Procurement & Logistics you will get an insight into global procurement processes as well as strategies and support purchase to pay (P2P), logistics and stockroom management.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements 

  • Ongoing student of business, finance and accounting, supply chain management or related field 
  • Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken, German language skills would be a plus 
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel, SAP R/3 knowledge would be a plus
