What you’ll be doing
- We are looking for an IT Intern that can work effectively as part of a larger information Technology team to troubleshoot and resolve end user problems with a wide array of systems and services in a complex global environment.
- The internship would include installation of notebooks, helpdesk, and supporting other projects in the future.
- Assist in creating easy-to-understand documentation and guides for end users, which will help them resolve common issues independently. Conduct mini training sessions to improve general IT literacy among users.
- Track and organize IT assets (e.g., notebooks, peripheral devices), assisting with asset lifecycle management from procurement to decommissioning. This will give the intern insight into hardware and inventory control processes.

- Business Fluent in English.
