We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to assist our team with organizing, managing, and creating product documentation. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product management process while supporting key initiatives that help our team operate efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Documentation Organization: Help organize and maintain product-related documentation, ensuring that all materials are accessible, up to date and well-structured.
- Creation of Product Documents: Assist in creating and updating key product documents, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for product documentation.
- Process Improvement: Assist in refining documentation processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Market Research Support: Provide support for market research and competitive analysis when needed.
- Ad Hoc Support: Perform additional administrative and organizational tasks related to product management as required.

About you
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT affinity and understanding of technical challenges
- Fluency in English (German is NOT required)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Basic understanding of product management principles is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and documentation software (e.g., Confluence, Jira, AzureDevops) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
