Overview
Unilever is seeking a proactive and energetic intern to join our Off Invoices team with Customer Operations. This team is responsible for managing commercial agreements outside of invoicing. The intern will play a key role in the operational aspect of applying agreements within pre-established contracts with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply agreements within pre-established contracts with clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely application of agreements.
- Work closely with the Sales team, one of the key stakeholders, to ensure the correct application of charges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engenieering or Administration is preferred
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Macros is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Previous experience in supply chain teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve processes.
