Details
Finnish universities have recently introduced tuition fees. The fees are only applicable to new master’s degree students from outside the EU or EEA countries who start their studies in autumn 2025. The sholarship is intended for students required to pay tuition fees.
All students required to pay tuition fees may apply for a scholarship as part of the admission process. Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit. Scholarships can be applied for on the application for a study place. There is no need to fill out any additional forms. Scholarship are granted in the form of a tuition waiver.

Application deadlines

What is the amount of a tuition fee waiver?
All students subject to tuition fees will be granted a tuition fee waiver according to the information below:

In order to retain the waiver, the student must complete at least 55 credits in an academic year.
