Application for admission to study at Nottingham must be received at least six weeks before the scholarship closing date to allow time for our Admissions office to process the application and confirm your offer, before you can apply for the scholarship.
Any application for admission to study submitted later than six weeks before the scholarship closing date is not guaranteed to be processed in time.

Eligibility
To apply for this scholarship, you must:
- be domiciled in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, UAE or Yemen
- be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes
- hold an offer to start a full-time masters (including MRes) for 2025/26 in any subject area at the University of Nottingham UK

Cost/funding for participants
The Middle East and Turkey Postgraduate Excellence Award is the University of Nottingham’s scholarship award, designed to support international students who have achieved academic excellence and show true passion for their chosen field of study. We're offering scholarships covering a contribution of between £4,000 to £8,000 towards full-time masters tuition fees for high-achieving international students who live in the Middle East and Turkey.
