Overview
Do you have the ambition, talent and decisiveness to move the world forward with renewable energy solutions? Would you like to work on national and international renewable energy projects?
At Ventolines you get the opportunity to work on innovative renewable energy projects, both in the Netherlands and abroad. To get you started you will participate in the Young Professionals Program, where you will develop your professional skills. Our ambition is that within a few years you will be an expert in your field, who in turn will train young talents. We will do our very best to help you achieve your maximum potential!

Description of Ideal Candidate
Profile
You are a master student in Industrial Engineering or similar degree program. You possess at least several of the following characteristics:
- A commercial mindset and a keen interest in how commercial markets function
- Strong affinity with the renewable energy sector and the energy transition
- Strong analytical skills
- Desktop projects experience: knowledgeable on how to gather information & business intelligence
- Ability to see through complexity and to distill the essence out of seemingly conflicting data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong networking skills
- Pro-active and self-starting personality
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Dutch is an advantage, but not required
- Have an understanding of what drives customers’ business decisions

This is what we offer
Ventolines offers an exciting internship in a very dynamic and high-paced environment. At Ventolines an internship allowance and refund of travel costs to and from the office in Almere is part of the package. Working times can be discussed, with a minimum of 24 hours/week. Hybrid working is possible by mutual agreement.
