The Visa Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to propel your career from the center of payments innovation in Asia Pacific. Throughout your 12 weeks at Visa, you will be empowered to take on impactful work and lead courageously to shape the future of commerce. These are the teams that you may have the opportunity to interact with:
- Product: Payments are changing with new players, experiences, and expectations. Over half of Visa’s volume is now digital, and many market trends are affecting how Visa and our clients do business. For that reason, the Product team is focused on a holistic product strategy that allows Visa to ship products faster that are more relevant to the local markets in which Visa does business. The organization is at the forefront of thinking and working differently at Visa, particularly as we transform how we design, build and ship products globally for the future.
- Visa Consulting & Analytics - Consulting: Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results.
- Regional Cross Border: The Regional Cross Border team has the mandate to develop Visa’s strategy to drive accelerated growth in our Cross Border business and deliver against regional priorities that drive efficiency and effectiveness of Visa’s sales teams and ultimately, accelerate the growth in Cross Border payments, the leading driver of Visa’s net revenue.
- Client Services: The Client Services team provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development, successful deployment and support of Visa products and services, enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services, and initiatives into the market. We are trusted partners to Visa’s clients, providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.

Qualifications
- Penultimate year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for 12 weeks between May 2025 and August 2025
- Legal authorization to work in Greater China - Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing, synthesizing and reporting qualitative & quantitative information with excellent storytelling capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented strategic thinker who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
- Collaborative team player with regional sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world
- Experience working in cross functional teams and in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
