Details
Will you thrive having to work with multiple languages, different CMS systems and programs like InDesign and by the end of the day help people hear better, then technical documentation team at WSA needs your help.
As a team of 11 technical writers, located in Lynge, Denmark and Erlangen, Germany, we are creating technical documentation for end customers and the hearing care professionals. Our goal is to support our customers in how to use and maintain our products. We collect, sort and adapt technical data and input from other departments to meet our customer’s needs.
We mostly speak English in the day-to-day communication since your new colleagues come from all over the world.
The Role
As a Student Assistant, you will support our technical writers, publishing language variants of our user guides and data sheets.
- Generate language files through our content management systems (CMS) and/or Adobe InDesign
- Upload files to our Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM)
- Support the review process
- Ensure meeting deadlines
You will be trained and work in multiple CMS, Adobe InDesign and our PLM system. You will work with documents in at least 43 languages and be responsible that the correct content is inserted for various countries.
The expected working hours will be 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and vacations.

- You live and study in Denmark
- You have good English language skills
- Adobe InDesign experience or at least have some experience with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop
- An interest in languages
