Details
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll become an integral part of our global Talent Acquisition team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our hiring process is efficient and effective, while helping us onboard the right people, fast.
What you will do
- Talent Mapping: Collaborate with the team to identify the key skills and competencies needed for both current and future talent pools.
- Support Key Initiatives: Assist in exciting new projects such as Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics, and be flexible in supporting other HR areas as required.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining our recruitment practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our hiring efforts.

What you bring
We are looking for recent graduates who are excited about talent acquisition and eager to support global projects while working with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for learning, and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
Experience & competencies
- A university degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship role.
