Details
More specifically, in this role, you’ll engage daily with our ever-growing supplier base (20K suppliers driving +$10BN in revenue) and execute projects that feed our group’s strategic priorities (like developing training curriculum to support our Partners improve their collaboration with Wayfair, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with our tech team to enhance our supplier facing platforms.)
What You'll Do
- Act as the go-to person for our suppliers as they resolve day-to-day issues, and provide support by training and educating them on the use of Wayfair tools
- Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration
- Build rapport with our suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Think critically about our internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier experience
- Test new, innovative ideas in pilot programs, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities

What You'll Need
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (minimum B2 - you’ll need to be able to understand and write professional emails), Mandarin or Polish or Spanish is a plus!
- Business Degree or similar academic background
- Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
- A track record of successful project and relationship management skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills, plus the ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems, then implement solutions
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to quickly get up to speed and learn things independently
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm about professional development
