- Integrate new joiners to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ensure data compliance with GPDR rules
- Assist in the work-permit procedure for newcomers when required
- Participate in reports preparation with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Document processes to enhance clarity and efficiency within the departments
- Be part of our digitalization development
- Assist the Manager and Business Partners in daily tasks

Here's what you can bring to the team:
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German and/or French would be an asset
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Preparing a degree in Human resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge in labor legislation is an asset
- Follows established rules and procedures with precision
- Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills
