Main responsibilities:
Conduct sourcing for open positions.
Conduct phone and video interviews.
Participate in monthly meetings with partners.
Update activity reports.
Post job advertisements on various platforms.
Personnel Administration:
Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, BTP card, sick leave, vacations, etc.).
Ensure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS, contract and addendum compliance, and proper record-keeping.
Payroll:
Assist with end-to-end payroll management.
Provide advice and support to employees on payroll and time management matters.
