We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in Finland. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding while working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and Leads. Your contributions will play a crucial role in identifying exceptional talent and enhancing the hiring process at Wolt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.

  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Job Posting: Support the team by creating and managing job advertisements on different platforms, ensuring visibility and engagement.

  • Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

  • Process Improvement: Support efforts to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
