Your Main Missions
- Analyze after-sales data to identify recurring issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Investigate and propose solutions, working closely with factories and product engineers.
- Plan and track improvements, setting deadlines and managing retro-planning.
- Lead small projects, handling specifications, timelines, and communication.
- Conduct field visits to observe product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Explore alternative components to enhance performance (cost, acoustics, lighting), secure supply chains, or introduce new features.

This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Internal: Leadership team, product engineers, production managers, and after-sales service.
- External: Suppliers and factories to find technical solutions, optimize production, and reduce after-sales issues.

Final-year engineering student (General, Supply Chain, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).

Experience in sourcing and/or physical products.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and product design.

You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.

You have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy tackling challenges with a hands-on, proactive approach. You’re adaptable and reactive, able to navigate changes with ease. With strong negotiation skills and experience in component sourcing, you know how to find the best solutions.
You’re also organized and methodical, making sure every detail is accounted for. Plus, you’re comfortable using G Suite, Excel, and Notion to keep things running smoothly.
