To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Junior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist to join the wider Finance & Administration division. 

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing

  • Implementation and preparation of the Monthly Reporting Package for the legal entities of YNAP Group across all regions (EMEA, US and APAC);

  • Data collection of actual results for month-end activities (monthly reporting);

  • Ensure all procedural documentation relevant to the month-end reporting is maintained up-to-date;

  • Ensure the regular update and completeness of the Global Chart of Accounts for Administration teams (both in Italy and in UK);

  • Ensure the delivery of specific Month End reports in a concise manner to internal and HQ management;

  • Propose and implement improvements and automation for existing reporting processes;

  • Actively work on assigned projects and various business initiatives as well as ad-hoc requests;

  • Implementation and formalization of processes and procedures within the area of responsibility;

  • Any other business according to the role.

Description of Ideal Candidate

The type of person that we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Economics or equivalent

  • Ideally 1 year of significant working experience, preferably in a similar position within an auditing or accounting consulting company or in-house Finance

  • Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS (nice to have)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel in particular

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

  • Good interpersonal skills, reliability, accuracy and discretion

  • A problem-solving and proactive approach.

  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and show flexibility

  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.

  • Knowledge of Navision and SAP FI/CO will be considered a plus
