Amplify Your Vision
Our program is for university startups who want to use technology for good, transforming founders into conscious forces of innovation and change.
How It Works
Our program is designed to give you and your company superpowers, through a business creation challenges with personal growth experiences. After 6 months, we take teams through a fundraising co-pilot to raise your seed-round or additional financing with our VC network.
- Business Creation Challenges: Our team of accomplished founders has distilled the practices and insights from building their own multi-billion-dollar companies into a series of transformative business creation challenges. Each month, your team will take on a new challenge, specifically designed to drive tangible achievements and amplify your growth. These challenges are organized around six essential dimensions of business success: idea, team, customer, product, operations, and fundraising.
- Personal Development Experiences: In parallel to business challenge, we provide a complementary series of experiences designed to foster personal growth, well-being, resilience, and leadership. Delivered by world-class business leaders and experienced founders, these facilitators guide you in adopting transformative practices that empower you to build both the company and the life you’ve envisioned.
- World-Class Mentoring: Yope mentors are alumni of our program and successful founders from our community. They’ve been in your shoes and offer personal guidance, industry insights, and strategic support to help you navigate growth and scale your company. Their experience becomes your advantage as you build and evolve your venture.
- Fundraising Co-Pilot: After spending the first half of the year building your vision and the core of your company, we dedicate the next six months to helping you fundraise. From preparing for investor meetings to making key introductions, our goal is to help you secure seed or additional funding for your company. Additionally, we offer further investment to a select number of teams.

Description of Ideal Candidate
Eligibility
We work with university student (undergraduate, masters, and PhDs) and recent graduate teams. We accept applications from any accredited university in the world.
Team Size and Stage
We work with teams of two or more founders in our accelerator. Our program is for companies that have an idea and can think big about their product to build a scalable company. You don't need to have it all figured out though, that's what we're here to do together.
Technology, Product, and Market
We don't look for a particular kind of technology, product, or market but instead look for a team's ability to formulate their company as a vehicle for delivering a better future to people and the planet. Typically, these are emerging or breakthrough technologies that have a swift go to market time and are highly scalable.
Program Time Commitment and Structure
The time commitment varies per week and on the phase of the program. The first 6-months are spent amplifying the core of your company. You'll normally have a weekly activity or "experience" that fits into focus of the month.
These activities optimize your existing efforts. We aim to save you time, instead of adding superfluous busy-work for you.
In the second-half of the program, we focus on fundraising, by introducing you to investors and preparing you for pitches.
Funding and Investment Terms
Our $100K funding when you join the program is a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) convertible note that is founder-friendly with no cap and no discount.
We don't take upfront equity. If the note converts into equity, the equity is owned by and all proceeds are returned to our non-profit, a USA 501c3 Yope Foundation Inc. registered in the state of Delaware.
Yope also provides additional investments of $1M to $5M to selective alumni companies. These investments are owned by the non-profit and any proceeds go to support more next-generation innovators and consious innovation activities.
