Youth Time is looking for three new team members: event, project and relationship managers. If you are a great professional who is ready to take hard, but interesting responsibilities, we are looking forward to meet you.  We offer full-time job in a nice office in Prague city center, paid business trips minimally twice a year and of course super-friendly, international team of colleagues.

Event Manager

Job description

  • International Project Manager focusing on commencing and coordinating a unique platform for youth development;
  • Organizing NGO summits and events by working with international hosts;
  • Liaising with partners from different countries in order to spread publicity and negotiate new areas of interest;
  • Attend NGO sponsored events and functions in capacity of company representative;
  • Compose, draft and proofread scientific programs;
  • Edit, proofread and check relevant documents upon request;
  • Searching new partners, sponsors, donors;
  • Preparing scientific programs, searching for speakers, trainers;
  • Working with web platform, social networks (FB, LinkedIn etc).

Main criteria

  • Fluent English, Czech language is an advantage;
  • Available to work in Prague, Czech Republic;
  • Experience with events management;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • International experience;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • Commitment to the goals of the NGO.

Project manager

Job description

  • Organizing and planning international events according to plan events for the year;
  • Correspondence with trainers, experts, speakers and honourable guests
  • Be involved in selection process of the participants for events
  • Drawing up scientific programs and coordinating the general content of the program of the events
  • Sending out tickets, vouchers , information about the event , program , arrivals and departures , the preferred connections , the hotel information , etc. for the trainers, experts, speakers and honourable guests;
  • Perform consult org. Tasks with local partners;
  • Develop a proposal for an event and receive feedback from the project team.

Administrative responsibilities

  • Drawing up a list with criteria for participants;
  • Develop a program of action;
  • Preparation of the materials for events for the trainers, experts, speakers and honourable guests;
  • Flight Reservation for the trainers, experts, speakers and honourable guests;
  • Outline the organization of the workshop, speeches for the trainers, experts, speakers and honourable guests;
  • Responsible for drawing up speakers agreements and contracts with for the speakers;
  • Other activities related to the above, respectively. To which he will be given instruction by the employer;
  • Coordination of the general program before and during event;
  • Assume full responsibility for the planning and implementation of events.

Main criteria

  • Fluent English, Czech language is an advantage;
  • Available to work in Prague, Czech Republic;
  • Experience with management of projects;

Relationship manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our partners and sponzors.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with marketing team and build rapport with companies. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Your main responsibilities include

  • Building positive relationships with partners and sponsors;
  • Generating new sponzors and partners;
  • Identifying opportunities;
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them;
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
  • Promote high-quality customer service processes;
  • Aim to preserve sponsors and renew contracts;
  • Approach potential sponsors to establish relationships;
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Main criteria

  • Fluent English, Czech language is an advantage;
  • Available to work in Prague, Czech Republic;
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices;
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attitude for fostering positive relationships;
  • Teamwork and leadership skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
