Details
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about sales and customer success operations activities by working alongside our team of RevOps Managers. You will be able to learn in a fast-paced environment, and develop a strong foundation of best practices in tech tools, CRM and database management. As a RevOps Intern, you will be responsible for various daily tasks, including maintaining several platforms, handle inbound requests from Sales and Customer Success Managers and assist in projects owned by RevOps Managers.
What you’ll do
- You will help manage and optimise softwares, platforms like Ringover, Demodesk, Plecto
- You will assist in reviewing incoming requests from Sales and Customer team members (account creations, problem solving in the CRM).
- You will help sales with creating quotes when they need assistance.
- You will create documentation relating to standard operating procedures to manage processes (we use Notion).
- You will help manage data integrity and reporting in Salesforce.
- You will drive operational improvements within Sales & Success, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
- You will handle ad hoc project tasks for current and other functions as needed, in collaboration with a RevOps Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (French, Dutch or German is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work in a structured way
- Quick learner, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently - we will guide and coach you but you will thrive here with a self starter mindset
- Strong technological aptitude - experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
- Desire to take on responsibility and provide creative suggestions
