This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key account management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Software industry.
As a Key Account Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our existing Key Account Manager. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll primarily focus on training operational teams within client groups, spending up to 70% of your time on training responsibilities. Your main objective will be to empower our clients by showing them how to utilize our cutting-edge software and tools effectively.
In addition to training, you'll assist the Key Account Manager with various project requests from clients, ranging from creating engaging marketing campaigns for client restaurants to handling operational emails and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. You'll also provide crucial support during business review meetings, potentially participating and taking notes.
A typical week in this role would involve engaging in one or two client training/support meetings per day, promptly responding to emails, making calls to clients to complete surveys, and tackling other ad hoc operational support tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
- Background in business or engineering, preferably in their final year of studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interactions with customers, directors, and managers.
- Technical skills and an interest in using software/tools are preferred, as the role supports operational tasks.
- Candidate should be a team player, coachable, and confident in speaking with customers.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or working with large accounts is considered a plus.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in marketing, negotiation, and commercial environments is ideal.
- Full professional working level in French
