We provide a SaaS solution empowering businesses in the consumer goods sector to effortlessly launch their own circular trade-in programs. But our software does way more than that, as it offers full transparency throughout the entire product lifecycle. By connecting with our network of recovery partners—be it resellers, refurbishers, remanufacturers, or recyclers—clients can easily track and optimise every step of the downstream value chain. Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside our CEO Andrea and support her in all tasks related to business development
- Expand our partner network by sourcing and winning new resellers, refurbishers, remanufacturers, and recyclers
- Develop sales materials tailored to our primary target audiences
- Conduct client calls alongside our Co-Founder Andrea and support in our sales process
- Help to push our visibility by supporting content creation for our LinkedIn company page and organizing further media activities (podcasts, articles)
- Assist in product development by conducting research in the domains of circular economy, reverse logistics, and impact assessment
- Help to improve our product by translating your insights into relevant features and data analytics

Description of Ideal Candidate
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (minimum 5th semester) or a master's program
- Academic background or professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Economics, Business Development, Sustainability Management, Product Management
- Very good German and English language skills
- A passion for innovative solutions and good understanding of circular economy
- Experience with impact measurement and impact metrics are a plus
- A proactive, hands-on approach complemented by creative problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and drive your own projects within the company
