NAME IT is BESTSELLER’s fastest growing brand and retail is no exception. We currently have 170 stores across Europe, and we operate with both our own stores and Partner stores. We expect to open 1 store a week in the next couple of years.

THE TEAM AT NAME IT

You will join the Retail Team that is dedicated to continuously develop NAME IT’s presence in the retail universe. We are a small, but dedicated and agile team where everyone gets a vote in most matters. We value communication, openness, and ambition, so if you are not afraid of a challenge, you will fit right in the team. 

THE INTERNSHIP 

We will give you valuable insights into the key elements of managing a successful retail chain, including developing business cases for new stores and markets, understanding buying budgets, and exploring the effects of markdown strategies.

From day one, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of various projects, such as enhancing our staff communication app. This could involve:

  • Collaborating closely with our front-line staff to develop new features and content.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all app-related matters.
  • Identifying and sharing best practices.
  • Monitoring app activity and creating action plans for improvement.

Additionally, you may work on maintaining and enhancing our digital presence on platforms like Google and Facebook. In this area, you'll manage our “Localistico” platform, which centralizes online data for all our stores. Your responsibilities could include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing store data on the platform.
  • Tracking and analyzing store KPIs related to online visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborating with front-line staff to strengthen the online presence of our stores.

Through these initiatives, you will have the opportunity to track performance across various parameters, giving you full visibility into the impact of your efforts.

We are looking for an ambitious individual that is eager to get some real-life experience.  You are result oriented, persistent and have great communication skills. The ideal candidate also has a high level of energy, the drive to make a difference and a great sense of humor. 

Qualifications 

  • Enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Masters programme on Aarhus University
  • A Team player with a competitive mindset
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
