WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a Junior IT Systems Engineer, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like providing on-site and virtual remote IT support to our employees, maintaining on-site systems and our global IT services and help bringing IT at sennder forward. You’ll be collaborating closely with the whole team to provide excellent IT services and support, matching sennder’s IT SLOs. In this role, you will …
- Deliver on-site IT service in alignment with IT guidelines and SOPs
- Keep local ITC systems up-to-date and up and running
- Ensure meeting rooms on-site are working
- Ensure devices, resources and licenses are used efficiently
- Deliver virtual remote IT service for other offices
- Prepare computers for assignment and prepare for reassignment after return
- Keep track of IT stock and initiate restocking, repair, recycling or secure disposal of broken gear
- Handle IT asset inventory updates

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Proactive mindset and a service attitude, interested in providing end user support, with strong problem-solving skills
- Quick adaptation to new technologies and enjoyment of optimization and automation
- Excellent communication skills in English (this is our business language), German language is a big plus.
- Experience with common operating systems, client hardware, meeting room equipment and related services
- Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networks (LAN and WLAN)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate or similar is a plus
