We offer an all-in-one online solution that digitalises and automates the first steps of the recruitment process, saving recruiters a great amount of time and allowing them to focus on the best talent. This sounds pretty cool, right? But there’s more. We’re also deeply invested in transforming the applicants’ journey into a fun experience, so we built a highly user-friendly software that simplifies and expedites the application process. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD AND USER-FRIENDLY
- APPLICATION
First, you’ll be asked to apply via our own software and complete a set of steps (usually cv, personality evaluation, video interview).
- VIDEO CALL
If selected, you’ll be meeting the relevant manager in order to get to know you better and discuss your experience, aspirations and the reasons why you would like to join skeeled.
- CHALLENGE
Then, you will be asked to perform a short challenge according to the position you are applying for.
- MEET THE FOUNDERS
Finally, you’ll be meeting the founders so that questions can be asked by both parties. This final stage is as important for us as for you, to make sure that there’s a perfect fit.
